Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bansal, an engineer, entered the family construction business at 20. For over 25 years, he has completed projects for renowned companies like L&T, ONGC, and others.
In the 1990s, he diversified into hospitality with hotels in Surat and Mumbai. Relocating to the US in 2003, he acquired hotels, motels, and service stations while continuing construction.
With vast experience, Mr. Bansal is a key strength at Lords.
Sangita Bansal
Director – Lords Hotels & Resorts
Mrs. Bansal holds a post-graduate degree from Rajasthan University and boasts over ten years of hands-on experience in managing hotels in the USA.
Her expertise includes roles with renowned names like Most Unexceptional Western and Howard Johnson.
Currently serving as a Director at Lords Hotels and Resorts, she navigates the challenges of the hospitality industry with a wealth of practical knowledge.
Mahinder Sharma
Director
Mr. Sharma, a civil engineer and MBA, leads ANS Construction Pvt. Ltd. and is CMD at "M-Tech Developers."
With family business roots, he manages nationwide projects. As Director at ANS Agro Industries Ltd. and Toyo Engineering India Ltd., he diversifies into frozen foods and other sectors.
Expanding into hospitality, he invests in hotels in Baroda, Ankleshwar, and Dahej, bringing a dynamic vision to the company.
Rakesh Mathur
Director and Principal Advisor
Mr. Mathur, a hospitality veteran, is now Director and Principal Advisor at Lords Hotels.
With 45+ years of leadership, he was the first CEO of BASS (now IHG) Hotels & Resorts. Beyond, he co-founded the Ecotourism Society of India, advised FAITH & NIT, and is associated with various organizations. A philanthropist, he's the Hon. President of Save The Children India.
Devoting time to Lords Group, he guides in quality, efficiency, development, growth, and CSR.

With a rich background working with esteemed hotel chains, he has cultivated a deep understanding of operational excellence and management services aligned with driven by a relentless pursuit of results.
Vikas shoulders the vital responsibility of spearheading the group's ambitious growth plans, maintaining its leadership position, and setting new industry standards.

He possesses In-depth knowledge of industry Practices, Policies, Procedures and is a Strategic Thinker.
In his current role he is primarily responsible to Drive the Organizational Vision, Operational Strategy, Growth Initiatives, Expansion Plans, and Define Hiring levels to improve Efficiency, Productivity, and Effectiveness within the Organization.

Mr. Jain, a Commerce Graduate and FCA, brings over two decades of experience in the Hotel Industry.
Joining Lords Group in 1996, he has played a vital role in securing funds for its rapid expansion, witnessing its remarkable growth.
Ms. Rakhi Purohit
AVP Revenue
Ms. Purohit holds a Masters from University of Wales, London. She has worked with various Leading international hospitality Brands.
In her current role she heads the eCommerce & Online distribution vertical for the Group.
She is responsible for analyzing market trends, conducting unit audits, and offering specialized revenue analysis to the Leadership Team to take informed decisions.
She also mentors the revenue management team and maximizes revenue through strategic pricing and business goals.
Additionally, she oversees the central Reservations Cell to drive offline business for the units.
Shiladitya Mukherjee

Mr. Mukherjee oversees the operations of the Gujarat region, in addition to his core focus to manage the P&L of Lords Plaza Surat which is the flagship hotel of the group.

Mr. Teri is responsible for managing Operations, Sales, Pre-Opening and business development in the Nepal region. Specializing in pre-opening hotel projects, he collaborates with project teams to ensure seamless execution from design and procurement to recruitment and brand management.

Prateek Sharma
Area Head – Saurashtra West
Mr. Sharma is a Seasoned hospitality Professional with 25 years of experience. He has worked with various reputed national and international hotel chains.
In his current role he is spearheading the P&L operations of Lords Plaza Somnath apart from overseeing the operations of Floatel by Lords – A Floating Restaurant at Diu and a few other properties in the region.

His activities also include evaluation of performance measurement and helping employees create long-term career plans within the organization.

Mr. Bhalerao leads IT and is responsible for the safety security and stability of the electronic data and eProtocol compliance.
He supports the units for all hardware, software training and maintenance.
He drives all the IT policies and does property audits for any IT breach.

In his current role he is responsible for the P&L and operations management of Nathdwara and Ambaji properties.
