Ms. Adate, a seasoned hospitality professional with 20+ years of experience, is now a valued member of the Lords family.

Mr. Chilka with 36 years in the Tourism and Travel industry, has significantly contributed to destination marketing and the Incredible India campaign.

Mr. Kharat is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. He has studied "MBA in Human Resource" and has a proven track record of working with reputed organizations. He leads the HR and administrative initiatives in the Lords Group. Mr. Kumar brings experience of 16 years in hotels & club operations and business development.

He has worked with well-known hospitality brands across India.

At Lords Hotels & Resorts, he is responsible for New Alliances & Preopening of new hotel projects and handing over the property from projects to the unit operations team.

Mr. Bhargava is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has held leadership roles with renowned hotel chains. He has expertise in Sales, Operations, Pre-openings, business development, and operational excellence. With a strong background in managing diverse portfolios and delivering exceptional guest experiences, he brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to the group. In his current role will be overseeing the pre-opening projects, growth, and expansion plans in western and central India.

Mr. Sharma is an accomplished professional in Learning & Development sphere. He holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai and has completed MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI. Having worked with reputed hotel chains, he has honed his expertise in talent development and organizational growth. Mr. Sharma now joins the Lords family to lead its Learning & Development initiatives, bringing his passion for nurturing talent and driving excellence to the forefront. Mr. Mukherjee oversees the operations of the Gujarat region, in addition to his core focus to manage the P&L of Lords Plaza Surat which is the flagship hotel of the group.

Mr. Teri is responsible for managing Operations, Sales, Pre-Opening and business development in the Nepal region. Specializing in pre-opening hotel projects, he collaborates with project teams to ensure seamless execution from design and procurement to recruitment and brand management.

Mr. Bhalerao leads IT and is responsible for the safety security and stability of the electronic data and eProtocol compliance.

In his current role he is spearheading the P&L operations of Lords Plaza Somnath apart from overseeing the operations of Floatel by Lords – A Floating Restaurant at Diu and a few other properties in the region.

Mr. Vithlani is a BHTM & commerce graduate and comes with vast experience of over 17 years in various verticals of hospitality management that includes Hotel Operations, Facilities & Project Management and Pre-Openings. In his current role he is responsible for the Operations and management of Ankleshwar & Dahej Properties.

Mr. Solanki is responsible for the P&L & performance of multiple hotels in his region.

He is a team player and works with unit managers in setting goals, managing budgets, developing marketing strategies to drive business, analyzing financial reports and ensuring that each property operates with optimum efficiency, while controlling, maximizing profitability and maintaining the Brand standards compliance.

Mr. Chettiar is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience, working for reputed national hotel chains. Since 1992. Currently the Unit Head at lords Hotels and Resorts, known for his expertise in guest relations, team leadership and financial acumen, Mr. Chettiar has significantly contributed to in enhancement of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
