Pushpendra R. Bansal
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bansal, an engineer, entered the family construction business at 20. For over 25 years, he has completed projects for renowned companies like L&T, ONGC, and others.
In the 1990s, he diversified into hospitality with hotels in Surat and Mumbai. After relocating to the US in 2003, he acquired hotels, motels, and service stations while continuing construction.
Sangita Bansal
Director Lords Hotels & Resorts
Mrs. Bansal holds a post-graduate degree from Rajasthan University and boasts over ten years of hands-on experience in managing hotels in the USA. Her expertise includes roles with renowned names like Most Unexceptional Western and Howard Johnson. Currently serving as a Director at Lords Hotels and Resorts, she navigates the challenges of the hospitality industry with a wealth of practical knowledge.
Rakesh Mathur
Director and Principal Advisor
Mr. Mathur, a hospitality veteran, is now the Director and Principal Advisor at Lords Hotels. With 45+ years of leadership, he was the first CEO of BASS (now IHG) Hotels & Resorts. Beyond, he co-founded the Ecotourism Society of India, advised FAITH & NIT, and is associated with various organisations. A philanthropist, he's the Hon. President of Save The Children India.
Devoting time to the Lords Group, he guides in quality, efficiency, development, growth, and CSR.
Vikas Suri
Vice President - Operations & Development
Mr. Suri stands as a luminary figure in the hotel industry. He has been a pivotal force in shaping the trajectory of Lords Hotels, translating brand vision into tangible success. Vikas's journey intertwines with the remarkable growth of Lords Hotels and Resorts since its inception.
Renowned for his astute professionalism, relentless drive, and exceptional leadership, Vikas has honed his skills through various roles in hotel operations and management. With a rich background working with esteemed hotel chains, he has cultivated a deep understanding of operational excellence and management services aligned with a relentless pursuit of results. Vikas shoulders the vital responsibility of spearheading the group's ambitious growth plans, maintaining its leadership position, and setting new industry standards.
An Alumnus of IHM Lucknow, his illustrious career includes stints at IHCL- Mumbai, Leela Kempinski- Mumbai, Royal Caribbean Cruise Liner- Miami, and the Indian School of Business- Hyderabad.
Sudhir Kumar Jena
Vice President – Corporate
Mr. Jena is an alumnus of the 1988 batch from IHM Bhubaneshwar. By virtue of his vivid experience with leading national and international hospitality chains, luxury malls, and the retail industry, he has the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams. He possesses In-depth knowledge of industry practices, policies, and procedures and is a strategic thinker.
In his current role, he is primarily responsible for driving the organisational vision, operational strategy, growth initiatives, and expansion plans and defining hiring levels to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness within the organisation.

Mr. Jain, a commerce graduate and FCA, brings over two decades of experience in the hotel industry.
Joining Lords Group in 1996, he has played a vital role in securing funds for its rapid expansion, witnessing its remarkable growth.

Ms. Adate, a seasoned hospitality professional with 20+ years of experience, is now a valued member of the Lords family.

Director Development
Mr. Chilka, with 36 years in the tourism and travel industry, has significantly contributed to destination marketing and the incredible India campaign.
His roles within the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, have focused on enhancing global tourism and cultural connections, making his expertise a vital asset to our brand's strategic vision.
Rahul Kharat
Corporate HR
Mr. Kharat is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry. He has studied MBA in Human Resources and has a proven track record of working with reputed organisations. He leads the HR and administrative initiatives in the Lords Group. His deep understanding of HR strategies, employee engagement, and organisational development plays a pivotal role in fostering a productive and motivated workforce while aligning HR initiatives with the organisation's goals.
Roushan Kumar
GM – Development & Pre-Ops
Mr. Kumar brings 16 years of experience in hotel and club operations and business development. He has worked with well-known hospitality brands across India.
At Lords Hotels & Resorts, he is responsible for new alliances and preopening of new hotel projects and handing over the property from projects to the unit operations team.
Sahil Bhargava
Corporate GM
Mr. Bhargava is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has held leadership roles with renowned hotel chains. He has expertise in sales, operations, pre-openings, business development, and operational excellence. With a strong background in managing diverse portfolios and delivering exceptional guest experiences, he brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to the group. In his current role, he will be overseeing the pre-opening projects, growth, and expansion plans in western and central India.
Axat Sharma
GM – Learning & Development
Mr. Sharma is an accomplished professional in the Learning & Development sphere. He holds a diploma in hotel management from IHM Mumbai and has completed MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI. Having worked with reputed hotel chains, he has honed his expertise in talent development and organisational growth. Mr. Sharma now joins the Lords family to lead its Learning & Development initiatives, bringing his passion for nurturing talent and driving excellence to the forefront. His rich educational background and industry experience make him a valuable asset in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organisation.
Shiladitya Mukherjee
AVP Gujarat
Mr. Mukherjee oversees the operations of the Gujarat region, in addition to his core focus to manage the P&L of Lords Plaza Surat, which is the flagship hotel of the group.
With over 15 years of dedicated service to this company, he brings extensive experience and expertise to drive success in every aspect of our operations.
Shailej Teri
AVP Nepal
Mr. Teri is responsible for managing operations, sales, pre-opening, and business development in the Nepal region. Specialising in pre-opening hotel projects, he collaborates with project teams to ensure seamless execution from design and procurement to recruitment and brand management.
He excels in designing and implementing training programs to instill a customer-focused mindset and foster team spirit among employees, ensuring the utmost satisfaction of the organisation.
Ratnadeep Bhalerao
IT Manager
Mr. Bhalerao leads IT and is responsible for the safety, security, and stability of the electronic data and eProtocol compliance. He supports the units for all hardware, software training, and maintenance. He drives all the IT policies and does property audits for any IT breach.
Jitendra Sharma
Area Head – Rajasthan
Mr. Sharma plays a pivotal role in guest satisfaction by ensuring high standards of service, addressing guest concerns promptly, and constantly seeking ways to enhance the guest experience. He oversees the smooth functioning of multiple hotels in the Rajasthan region
Prateek Sharma
Area Head – Saurashtra West
Mr. Sharma is a seasoned hospitality professional with 25 years of experience. He has worked with various reputed national and international hotel chains.
In his current role, he is spearheading the P&L operations of Lords Plaza Somnath apart from overseeing the operations of Floatel by Lords – A Floating Restaurant at Diu and a few other properties in the region.
Jaydeep Vithlani
Area Head – Saurashtra Central
Mr. Vithlani is a BHTM and commerce graduate and comes with vast experience of over 17 years in various verticals of hospitality management that include hotel operations, facilities, project management, and pre-openings. In his current role, he is responsible for the operations and management of Ankleshwar and Dahej Properties.
Pritesh Solanki
Area Head - Saurashtra South
Mr. Solanki is responsible for the P&L and performance of multiple hotels in his region. He is a team player and works with unit managers in setting goals, managing budgets, developing marketing strategies to drive business, analysing financial reports, and ensuring that each property operates with optimum efficiency while controlling, maximising profitability and maintaining brand standards compliance.
Clement Chettiar
Area Head - Vadodara & Gandhidham
Mr. Chettiar is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 30 years of experience working for reputed national hotel chains since 1992. Currently the Unit Head at Lords Hotels & Resorts, known for his expertise in guest relations, team leadership, and financial acumen, Mr. Chettiar has significantly contributed to in enhancement of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
