f. Arbitration

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the subject matter of this agreement, parties or clients agree to refer such dispute to arbitration to be conducted under the laws of India. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted before an Arbitrator to be mutually appointed by the parties. If parties are unable to agree on a sole arbitrator, such sole arbitrator shall be appointed as provided for under the Indian Laws. Seat of such arbitration shall be in Mumbai and proceedings shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
