1. General

• It is mandatory for All Room Occupants to present a valid Photo ID at the time of check-in.
• Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and a Valid Visa at the time of check-in.
• In case of a guest possessing an OCI or PIO card, a valid passport is mandatory to be presented.
• Indian Nationals can present any valid document from one of the following: (Passport, driving License, Voter ID Card, Aadhar
• card). Kindly note that PANCARD is not acceptable as a photo ID as per the law.
• On failing to produce the necessary documents guest can be denied a room.
• The tariff/ taxes may change without Prior Notice.
• Our Check-In time is 14:00 hrs. & Check-Out time is 12:00 hrs. Any early Check-in or late Check-out will be subject to availability and will be charged accordingly.
• Gambling and other such illegal activities are strictly prohibited within the hotel premises
• Double or Twin Bed is subject to availability at the time of check-in.
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables from rooms or public areas.
• Parking is strictly at the vehicle owners’ risk and liability.

2. Cancellation Policies

• 'No Show' will be charged fully and our cancellation policy is 15 days prior to arrival else retention will be charged.
• All non-guaranteed reservations, in the absence of Arrival details/timings, will be deemed as guaranteed unto 15:00 hrs. only
• and may be released thereafter.

3. Relocation Policy

Should the hotel be full to capacity on the night of the guest's arrival (provided the booking has been guaranteed), the hotel would use its reasonable endeavours to provide alternative facilities to the guest at another hotel of similar or comparable standards, subject to such facilities being available.

5. Payment

• All reservations need to be guaranteed by advance payment for confirmation at the time of booking.
• Kindly note for eligible companies enjoying credit facilities with us the ‘Bill to Company’ instructions need to be sent in advance over email with all required details & billing instructions.
• The guest staying in the room, will be responsible for making full payment of the bills in the event it is not paid by the company, organization or person indicated while making the reservations.
