Terms & Conditions

1. Reservations and Check-In

  • All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
  • Check-in time: 14:00 PM (noon) | Check-out time: 12:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the arrival date will not incur any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will be charged 100%.
  • In case of a no-show, the booking will be non-refundable.

3. Identification and Guests

  • A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of check-in for all guests.
  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest not providing proper identification.

4. Payment Policy

  • Payment can be made by cash, credit/debit card, or online transfer.
  • All bills must be settled at the time of check-out.
  • For corporate bookings, credit facilities must be approved in advance.

5. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner and not cause any disturbance or damage.
  • The hotel reserves the right to evict guests who cause a nuisance or breach hotel policies.

6. Visitors Policy

  • Visitors are allowed in guest rooms up to 10 PM.
  • Visitors must register at the front desk and provide valid identification.
  • Hotel has secure the rights to allow visitors in guest rooms towards safety and security.

7. Smoking and Alcohol

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises.
  • Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.

8. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed unless stated otherwise.

9. Liability

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guest valuables not secured in the room safe or provided lockers.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel property by a guest will be charged accordingly.

10. Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen events beyond its control.
